Is Tornale available internationally?

International destinations are coming soon as Tornale expands its global network of luxury dining partners.

Do I need a membership to book?

No. Anyone can submit a reservation request. However, selected services, experiences, and exclusive privileges may be available only to eligible members.

Does Tornale charge a booking or service fee?

No. Tornale does not charge an additional booking or concierge service fee for eligible dining reservations.

Do I pay more when booking through Tornale?

No. You pay the restaurant's applicable price. Eligible reservations may also include exclusive partner offers or special privileges, where available.

How do I make a reservation?

Simply submit your dining request through Tornale. Our concierge team will coordinate directly with the restaurant and confirm your reservation.

How far in advance should I book?

Reservations should be requested at least 48 hours in advance and may be submitted up to one year in advance, subject to restaurant availability.

Are reservations guaranteed?

Reservations are subject to availability and final confirmation by the participating restaurant. While our concierge team works closely with partner restaurants to accommodate every request, confirmation cannot be guaranteed.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes. Any modification or cancellation is subject to the individual restaurant's policies and timelines.

Does Tornale own or operate the restaurants?

No. Tornale is an independent luxury dining concierge that collaborates with carefully selected restaurant partners. Each dining experience is delivered by the respective restaurant.
