At Tornale, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent booking experience. As our luxury private dining experiences are carefully curated in partnership with premium restaurants, hotels, chefs, and hospitality providers, the following policy outlines our payment, cancellation, and refund terms.

By confirming a booking with Tornale, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

  • Your booking request has been accepted by Tornale.

  • The selected venue or experience has been confirmed (where applicable).

  • The required payment or deposit has been successfully received.

Submitting a booking request alone does not guarantee a reservation.

Payment Methods

We accept secure payments through approved payment gateways, including:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Digital Wallets

  • Other payment methods displayed during checkout

All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Advance Payments

Every reservation require:

  • Full payment at the time of booking.

  • A non-refundable reservation deposit.

  • Security deposits (where applicable).

The applicable payment requirement will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.

Pricing

The Prices will be calculated and presented to you by Tornale Concierge as it may vary depending on:

  • Destination

  • Restaurant or venue

  • Experience selected

  • Culinary

  • Guest count

  • Date and time

  • Seasonal demand

  • Customisations requested

All applicable taxes, service charges, and convenience fees will be shown before payment is completed.

2. Booking Changes

If you wish to modify your reservation, please contact Tornale as early as possible.

Requests to change:

  • Date

  • Time

  • Guest count

  • Venue

  • Experience package

  • Special arrangements

are subject to availability and approval by the respective venue or partner.

Additional charges may apply for modifications.

3. Cancellation Policy

As Tornale reserves venues and coordinates services specifically for your experience, cancellations may result in charges.

More than 7 days before the reservation

  • Cancellation requests may be eligible for a refund, subject to deductions for any non-recoverable charges already incurred.

Between 3 and 7 days before the reservation

  • A partial refund may be available, depending on the venue's cancellation policy and confirmed arrangements.

Within 72 hours of the reservation

  • Cancellations are generally non-refundable.

Same-day cancellations or No-Shows

  • No refund will be provided.

  • The reservation will be treated as completed.

Certain premium experiences, private dining events, festive bookings, or customised celebrations may have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Refund Policy

Where a refund is applicable:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.

  • Processing times typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

  • Bank processing times may vary.

Any convenience fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, or third-party costs that are non-recoverable may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by law.

5. Cancellation by Tornale

In the unlikely event that Tornale or one of its partners is unable to fulfil your confirmed reservation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, we will endeavour to:

  • Arrange an alternative venue or experience of comparable value, where possible.

  • Offer a credit towards a future booking, where appropriate.

  • Provide a refund of eligible amounts if no suitable alternative can be arranged.

6. Force Majeure

Neither Tornale nor its partners shall be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Civil unrest

  • Strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Technical failures affecting service delivery

In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be considered based on the circumstances and the policies of the respective service providers.

7. Special Events & Peak Periods

Bookings made for:

  • Valentine's Day

  • New Year's Eve

  • Christmas

  • Festive seasons

  • Public holidays

  • Exclusive chef experiences

  • Private buyouts

  • Limited-edition experiences

may be subject to stricter payment, cancellation, and refund conditions. These terms will be communicated before booking confirmation.
