Tornale is a luxury private dining and hospitality concierge platform that curates exclusive dining experiences, celebrations, and bespoke hospitality services through a network of premium restaurants, hotels, venues, chefs, and trusted partners. Availability of services is subject to confirmation and operational feasibility.
2. Eligibility
By using Tornale, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Will provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Will use the platform only for lawful purposes.
3. Account & Membership
Where applicable:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted by Tornale.
Tornale reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or memberships for misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.
4. Reservations & Experiences
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Submission of a booking request does not guarantee a reservation.
Experience details, inclusions, pricing, and availability may vary by venue, destination, or season.
Special requests will be accommodated where reasonably possible but cannot be guaranteed.
5. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
Applicable taxes, service charges, convenience fees, and other charges will be displayed during the booking process.
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and validity periods.
6. Payments
Payments for reservations and experiences are governed by our Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests, booking modifications, and refunds shall be governed by our Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility depends on the specific venue, experience, and timing of the cancellation.
8. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
Arrive at the venue at the confirmed reservation time.
Respect the policies of the restaurant, hotel, or venue.
Conduct themselves respectfully toward staff and other guests.
Be responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.
Comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations.
Tornale reserves the right to cancel or refuse service where guest behaviour is abusive, unlawful, or disruptive.
9. Third-Party Partners
Many services available through Tornale are delivered by independent hospitality partners, including restaurants, hotels, chefs, decorators, photographers, entertainers, and other service providers.
While Tornale carefully selects its partners, we do not own or operate these establishments. The quality and delivery of third-party services remain the responsibility of the respective provider, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Tornale platform, including but not limited to:
Tornale name and logo
Branding and trademarks
Website design
Text and content
Photographs
Videos
Graphics
Icons
Illustrations
Software and technology
is the exclusive property of Tornale or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
Users shall not:
Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access to Tornale systems.
Upload viruses or malicious software.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Impersonate another individual or entity.
Misuse or exploit promotional offers.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
12. Limitation of Liability
Tornale is a luxury hospitality concierge and experience platform that facilitates reservations and curated experiences through carefully selected independent restaurants, hotels, venues, chefs, decorators, photographers, entertainers, transportation providers, and other third-party service partners.
While Tornale exercises reasonable care in selecting and coordinating with its partners, the services are performed by independent third parties. Accordingly, Tornale does not own, operate, manage, or control the day-to-day operations of such establishments or service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Tornale shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, service deficiencies, or failures of any independent third-party service provider.
Tornale shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, theft, loss of personal belongings, accidents, emotional distress, loss of profits, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with any booking, experience, or use of the Tornale platform.
Guests acknowledge that participation in dining experiences, celebrations, events, travel, transportation, or related activities involves inherent risks and is undertaken at their own discretion and risk.
Tornale is not an insurer and does not provide insurance coverage for guests, their personal property, vehicles, or third-party claims. Guests are responsible for obtaining any insurance they consider appropriate.
In the event of any claim arising out of or relating to the use of Tornale's services, and except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, Tornale's total aggregate liability shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the total amount actually paid by the guest to Tornale for the specific booking or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tornale, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, licensors, contractors, and hospitality partners from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, penalties, and legal fees arising out of or relating to:
Your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Your misuse of the Tornale website or services.
Any inaccurate, false, or misleading information provided by you.
Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
Any negligent, reckless, unlawful, or intentional act or omission by you or any person included in your booking.
Any damage to property or injury caused by you or members of your party during the course of a reservation, event, or experience.
Where a claim arises due to your actions or omissions, you agree to cooperate fully with Tornale in the investigation, defence, or settlement of such claim.
Tornale reserves the right, at its own discretion and expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. Your indemnification obligations under this section shall survive the completion of your booking, the termination of your account, and the termination of these Terms & Conditions.
14. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using Tornale, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Website Availability
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access, Tornale does not guarantee that the website or services will always be available or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, security, or operational reasons without prior notice.
16. Changes to Services
Tornale reserves the right to:
Modify or discontinue any service or experience.
Update pricing.
Revise membership benefits.
